1. Your Agreement
By accessing and playing any game on Site, you accept these Terms of Service. They govern the relationship between you and Site regarding the use of our games. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site.
2. The Games
Site hosts free browser arcade games. The games are non-violent, require no account registration, and store scores locally in your browser. Sessions are short and designed for casual play.
3. Licence to Play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play the games for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may share links to Site freely. You may create non-commercial recordings or streams of gameplay. Commercial use, redistribution, or embedding of the games on third-party platforms without our prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
To keep the games fair and enjoyable for everyone, the following conduct is prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, memory editors, or any automated tool to manipulate gameplay or scores
- Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt our hosting infrastructure or any related system
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting game source code without our prior written consent
- Distributing the games commercially or hosting them under your own brand without a separate written licence
- Using the games in any way that violates applicable law
5. Intellectual Property
All code, visual design, and content on Site are owned by Site or its licensors. The typefaces we use are open-licensed or delivered via Google Fonts. Game assets such as emoji are platform-rendered symbols. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute game files without permission.
6. Availability
The games are provided on a best-efforts basis. We may update them, correct bugs, or temporarily take them offline for maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from any period of unavailability.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to Site is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Since the games are free, this cap is ordinarily zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
8. Governing Law, Disputes, and Updates
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be submitted to good-faith direct negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration or — where arbitration is not legally available — to courts of competent jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the relevant event.
We may update these Terms at any time by changing the effective date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
