Site provides browser-based arcade games. The only data we actively process is:
- Local high scores — saved in your browser's localStorage so you can compete against your own best results. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared in your browser settings at any time.
- Server access logs — our hosting provider records standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and requested URL) for security and operational health. These logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Google Fonts request — we load the Orbitron and Rajdhani typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may process limited technical data during font delivery under their own privacy policy.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses. We do not use analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies. We do not build user profiles or engage in cross-site tracking.
3. Cookies
Site does not set cookies. The games function entirely without session or persistent cookie storage.
4. Data Retention and Security
Local high scores remain on your device until you clear them. Server logs are retained for 30 days and then purged automatically. We do not back up or synchronise localStorage data to any server.
5. Your Rights
Players in jurisdictions with privacy legislation (including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and similar frameworks) may request information about data we hold. Because we retain only brief, anonymised server-access logs and do not link them to individuals, such requests will ordinarily confirm that we hold no personal data attributable to any specific user. 6. No Sale or Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties for commercial purposes. If we are legally compelled to disclose server-log data by a valid court order or equivalent legal process, we will comply to the extent required by applicable law. 7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
