Personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence for non-commercial play. URL sharing and non-commercial recordings are permitted. Commercial use, redistribution, or hosting under your own brand requires our written consent.

3. Fair Play

The following are prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or automated tools to manipulate scores
Attempting to disrupt our hosting infrastructure
Reverse-engineering or extracting source code without consent
Commercial distribution without a written licence
Using the game in violation of applicable law

4. Intellectual Property

All code and content are owned by Site. Typefaces are delivered via Google Fonts under their respective licences. Emoji are platform assets.

5. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, which is ordinarily zero since the game is free. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
