Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 25, 2026 · Last Updated: August 25, 2026
1. Your Agreement
By playing this game on Site you accept these Terms of Service. They govern the relationship between you and Site regarding the game. If you disagree with any part, please stop playing.
2. The Game
This is a free browser arcade game. It is non-violent, requires no account, stores scores locally, and is designed for short casual sessions.
3. Licence to Play
Personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence for non-commercial play. URL sharing and non-commercial recordings are permitted. Commercial use requires our written consent. No automated tools to manipulate scores, no server attacks, no code extraction without permission.
4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
To keep the game fair, the following are prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, memory editors, or any automated tool to manipulate gameplay or scores
- Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt our hosting infrastructure
- Reverse-engineering or extracting source code without prior written consent
- Distributing the game commercially or hosting it under your own brand without a separate written licence
- Using the game in any way that violates applicable law
5. Intellectual Property
Code and content are owned by Site. Typefaces are open-licensed or delivered via Google Fonts. Emoji are platform assets. Liability cap: the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Since the game is free, this cap is ordinarily zero. Indirect damages are excluded.
6. Availability
The game is provided on a best-efforts basis. We may update it, correct bugs, or take it offline temporarily. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranty. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability is capped as described above. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
8. Governing Law, Disputes, and Updates
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they proceed to binding arbitration or competent courts. Claims must be brought within one year. We may update these Terms at any time; continued play constitutes acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
